NC SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION

The North Carolina School Boards Association contracted with Gontram Architecture and Ten Penny Construction to upgrade their offices that occupy the entire 3rd floor of their office building. A new Reception Area was created along with a new Break Room. New finishes were installed throughout the floor. Various code upgrades were also required. The project was delivered via the Architect-led Design-Build method.
