This proposed 21,000 square foot office building is proposed for a prominent thoroughfare site in Raleigh, NC. The site will be the new home for Gontram Architecture, T.W. Smith Company and others. The facility will be designed to comply with LEED-Silver requirements and will incorporate energy-saving, water-conserving strategies, including solar power, rainwater capture system, low-flow plumbing fixtures, high performance thermal envelope, and many more environmentally-friendly features.
Materials from the demolition phase have been salvaged and reused as sculpture, diverting waste from the landfill.
