With Fraternity Court at North Carolina State University undergoing a total redevelopment, the Beta Tau chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity has commenced design and fundraising activities. Gontram Architecture is assisting in this effort, and has developed a preliminary design scheme.
Sigma Nu Fraternity, the first original fraternity at North Carolina State University, hopes to become the first new fraternity house constructed in the newly redeveloped Greek Village. In addition, Sigma Nu hopes to become one of the first LEED-Certified fraternity houses in the nation.
